The founder of Sourlis Masonry Restoration, Inc. and the CEO of Mortar Net, based in Gary, Indiana. Tom is an inventor and also has a stained glass business. He was recently honored as a regional innovator. His community minded purpose has touched thousands of people in Northwest Indiana.

Gavin Mariano
Received BA from Indiana University Bloomington in 2001. Has been employed with the Crisis Center, Inc. since May 2001. Accomplishments include; Speaker at US senate press conference commemorating "National Safe Place Week", Washington D.C., Keynote speaker 21 Century Scholars banquet, Hammond, National Safe Place Conference, Louisville,and Lake County Indiana Drug-Free rally in Hammond.

Barb Young is the President of the Porter County Community Foundation in Valpariaso, IN.

She has been an active and engaged civic leader all of her life. She serves on the Northwest Indiana Quality of Life Council board and is active with many civic and economic development initiatives.
Sharron Liggins
Sharron Is founder of Liggins and Associates. She is the Consulting Executive Director of the Continuum of Care Network/DFGC. Sharron retired from the world of Health Care, where for over 35 years she was a Registered Nurse and Administrator. Her current role facilitates a networking process, which is comprised of over 60 Service Providers and "Non-Profit" Organizations. The major purpose for the organizations is to provide services and housing for the homeless or those at-risk of becoming homeless.
A community-grassroots advocate, Sharron has served on several boards including Trustee of Pentecostal Church of God’s Love, past Board President of Drifting Dunes Girl Scouts, Charter Member of the National Black Nurses Associations, Secretary of the Gary Neighborhood Services Board among others.
Sharron is the recipient of several community awards, including being the 2006 recipient of the "Michael J. Carroll" Indiana State-wide Economic Award.
She is doctoral candidate at Argosy University focusing in "Organizational Leadership" received her education from St. Margaret School of Nursing/St. Joseph College, Purdue University, and Notre Dame.
Pamela Lowe
Pam has a long and distinguished history as an educator and philanthrophist. Educated in Detroit, she has a wealth of experience in grant writing, soliciting donors and managing nonprofit fundraisers. She is the Special Assistant to the Chancellor at Indiana University Northwest.
