Administrator and Fiscal Agent

In order to encourage smaller entities to apply for federal grants, or at least participate in a consortium of regional partners in a grant, the South Shore GRANTS Center is offering administrative services (oversight,contracting,monitoring) and Fiscal Agency in partnership with Workforce Development Services of Gary, IN. They are experienced fiscal agents and have over 10 years of fiscal management of federal grants successfully.

The administrative fee and some programatic costs would cover the services provided as allowed in each grant. This is for federal grant primarily.

Consulting Services

At $75.00 per hour, the Executive Director will assist any nonprofit or local government address non-performance issues, With over 10 years public administrative experience, South Shore GRANTS Center can assist in compliance and moniotoring issues and partners with local providers in evaluation and training opportunities.
