Jim McShane III
Jim is a lifelong resident of Northwest Indiana and has held many leadership positions for nonprofits in the region. Jim has ten years of experience in leading workforce boards in Lake County, Indiana and Southeastern Illinois.
In October, 2009 Jim became the Executive Director of GRANTS Inc. and the Co-Project Director of the IU Northwest Non-Profit Institute. He holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Management from Calumet College of St. Joseph and is pursuing a Masters in Public Administration at Indiana State University. Jim has held leadership positions on an array of nonprofit boards which include local hospital boards, the NWI Forum Board of Directors and the board of the Calumet Council Boy Scouts. Jim has a wealth of experience in grants management and grant oversight.
Gabrielle D. Gill
Gabrielle Gill is Program Coordinator for GRANTS Inc. and the IU Northwest Non-Profit Institute. She joined the GRANTS Inc. team in May 2007 and is responsible for an array of duties and special projects including: planning and marketing of all workshops and events; contract administration; bookkeeping; internship/volunteer initiatives; and partnership cultivation. Annually, Gabrielle assumes a leadership role in the orchestration of the Annual NPI Open House and Resource Fair which is comprised of approximately 80 to 100 exhibitors in the region and is a day of Networking, Collaboration and Training for organizations in Northwest Indiana.
Gabrielle has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Robert Morris College in Chicago, Illinois and is a former Account Manager with IBM Corporation and Estate Planning Assistant for JP Morgan Chase Bank N.A.
